Our Story
Founded by a coalition of housing, finance, healthcare, and community development leaders, Bridgeway CHH is a response to Massachusetts' urgent need for community-integrated, supportive housing solutions. Our team brings decades of experience in affordable housing development, finance, health and social services, Medicaid policy, and nonprofit leadership.

Our leadership team brings together extensive expertise in affordable housing development, housing finance, financial management, public policy, nonprofit management, social services, and community engagement, to drive impactful housing solutions.

David Manini, Executive Director
Master in Public Administration (MPA) from Harvard University Kennedy School of Government, where he also earned certificates in Public Policy, and Management, Leadership, and Decision Sciences. He also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, Finance Major, from Makerere University Business School. As a transformative leader, he has spearheaded innovative housing initiatives, including developing over 1,500 affordable housing units, and enhanced housing accessibility through innovative financing models, mobilizing over $75 million in capital.
