Executive Director
David is the visionary founder of Bridgeway CHH. With over a decade of experience in housing development, real estate finance, and housing policy, he has directed the development of over 2,000 affordable homes and mobilized more than $100M in capital. He holds a Master in Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Makerere University. His leadership spans affordable housing development, housing finance, financial management, policy, and community development, with a track record of integrating public-private partnerships, innovative financing models, and socially responsible development strategies. David serves as the Executive Director, providing strategic oversight across all departments and programs while anchoring the organization’s governance, capital development, and growth vision.

Director of Finance & Operations
Mary is a seasoned finance and operations leader with over 15 years of experience in international finance, procurement, and risk governance. She has served in senior roles at the UN, including as Strategic Advisor and Head of Procurement at ILO. She is a CPA and holds a Master in Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School, an MBA in Strategic Management, and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of Nairobi. Mary oversees Bridgeway CHH’s financial planning, strategic fundraising, donor engagement, and capital strategy as Director of Finance & Operations.

Director of Strategy & Innovation
Nelson is a creative strategist and award-winning social entrepreneur recognized among the 100 Most Influential Africans of 2024. He co-founded Afrinet Carbon, developing climate finance projects and government roadmaps. He holds an MBA from HEC Paris and a BSc in Graphic Communication. His work spans branding, capital formation, project design, and sustainable economic development. At Bridgeway CHH, Nelson drives fundraising campaigns, public relations, and communication strategies, ensuring Bridgeway CHH maintains a strong presence in housing and health discussions and funding circles.

Director of Housing Development
Sammy is a real estate entrepreneur and development leader with over 10 years of experience delivering affordable housing solutions. As CEO of Pata Hao Real Estate, he pioneered technology-driven approaches to low-income housing access. He holds a BA in Computer Science with a minor in Christian Counseling from Ouachita Baptist University. At Bridgeway CHH, Sammy leads housing project development, construction management, leasing, and long-term asset oversight.

Director of Partnerships & Health Services
Doreen is a dynamic public administration leader with global experience in startup development, partnerships, and health systems design. Her career spans strategic roles with the World Food Programme, where she led logistics integration and refugee support initiatives across Uganda and the DRC. Doreen holds a Master in Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School, an MBA from the University of East London, and a postgraduate diploma in Data Science & Business Analytics from the University of Texas. At Bridgeway CHH, she leads multi-sector partnerships and oversees community health and welfare program implementation, bringing her expertise in innovation, equity, and cross-continental collaboration to the leadership team.

Dr. Lianne Wachira – Associate Director of Health & Welfare Services

Dr. Lianne is a UK-trained physician with a strong background in clinical education, long-term care, and healthcare administration. She served as a Medical Director and Clinical Educator in Massachusetts, overseeing group homes, long-term care, and clinical training. She holds an MD from St. George's University, a master’s in Healthcare Management from Harvard, and a nursing degree from Salem State College. At Bridgeway CHH, she co-leads the Health & Welfare Services Division, overseeing group homes, home care services, and the Bridgeway Community Health Center.
